The maps aim to supporting health professionals, decision-makers, and researchers in the construction of evidence-based health actions. The evidence maps present, in a matrix of interventions and outcomes, an overview and a graphic synthesis of the evidence on interventions of TCIM-related medical systems and therapeutic methods for specific health problems.

How to promote gender equality in the labor market

Among the gender disparities in our society, some of the most notable consequences can be found in the professional field. Studies show that women, even with higher levels of education than men, have lower chances of getting a job, have restricted access to elective political positions, have less participation in management positions and lower salaries than males. This synthesis of evidence discusses several options of approaching the problem, including the formation of women's cooperative groups and professional training.
